White Sage smudge stick (salvia apiana) are from southern California and ~4 inches long. The smoke from burning white sage is said to cleanse your space by driving away any evil spirits and bad energy.
Palo Santo comes from the Bursera graveolens tree that's native to Peru, Ecuador and other South American countries. The smell is subtle with a natural woody fragrance and some say it has notes of citrus, mint and slight licorice undertones. Palo santo is used to generate positive energy, helps with meditation and promote overall relaxation in your space.
Selenite is said to be a powerful healing crystal that promotes peace and calm, mental clarity, and well-being. It's also believed by some that this crystal can remove negative energy and help you connect to higher realms.
How to use white sage and palo santo: light one end of the white sage stick and palo santo with a match or lighter and you can leave it on a ceramic bowl to burn or walk around your house to cleanse your home. When you're done using your White Sage Stick or Palo Santo, you can run them under water and leave it out to air dry. You can use them again once they're fully dried out.
For a cleansed and energized place, you can first use white sage around your home and then use palo santo.
